Incoming call impossible on LTE5398-M904 ?

Hi, is it normal that we can't receive incoming calls with a phone connected on port RJ 11 with the modem 4G LTE5398-M904 ? I can make outgoing calls but not incoming or I didin't find the good settings. However I put the setting to "Volte service" in voice mode. Is anybody knows why ? Is it like that for you ?

Welcome to the forum.

According to the user guide, incoming calls have to be explicitly enable, see below extract.
