    As discussed in our private message, the issue was related to the MTU size. It appears that your uplink device, likely at the ISP's end, has an MTU size limitation, which was preventing the switch from successfully connecting to the Nebula Control Center (NCC).

    To address this, we plan to improve the connection process between the switch and NCC to accommodate various ISP settings and ensure seamless connectivity. This enhancement will be included in an upcoming firmware release.
