GS1900-8HP error with web config

I have 2 GS1900-8HP's. One is working fine, the second one has a unique issue that I can not find an answer to. While in "Zyxel One Network Utility" If I select the working GS1900 it opens up the web browser just fine and I can log in. If I do same ting to the second GS1900, the web page opens and I am presenter with "Apache2 Debian Default Page" instead of the log in page. This also happens if I only enter the respective IP address. Any ideas how to correct this?

    It's seemingly you have duplicate IP as the device of "Apache2 Debian Default Page" on your second GS1900.

    How about change another IP?
