XGS1250-12 - all 10G ports are not working after short power outage

Seems that with my XGS1250-12 I just faced the same issue as described here https://community.zyxel.com/en/discussion/14655/xgs1250-12-port-9-and-10-dont-work-after-power-down. More precisely last night there was a short power outage and in the morning I found that all 10G ports were not usable anymore, although just one was used when the power outage happened.
On the other hand, all 1G ports are working just fine and I can still access and manage the switch via the web interface.
The switch was bought on 12.07.2022, thus it is out of the 2y warranty.
Is this already a known hardware issue? Can I still raise a RMA request?
