Hi all,

We have a USG Lite 60AX setup on a customers network, the device appears to be working correctly, all devices can connect to the internet.

The device itself is connected to Nebula and appears to be configured correctly.

The status light is blinking green in about 1 second intervals (Wifi is off for this installation the device is not broadcasting any SSIDs) .

The user guide gives the two following explanations:

• The Zyxel Device is not registered with NCC.

• The Zyxel Device - Extender pairing has failed or the ZyxelDevice - Extender has disconnected.

The device is not paired to any extenders and appears to be registered with NCC is there any other reason?

    Hi @LukeArchbold

Another possible reason for the LED light blinking green at 1-second intervals is when the wireless module is disabled or experiencing a failure. Based on your description, with Wi-Fi off and the device not broadcasting any SSIDs, it seems likely that this is causing the behaviour you're observing.

We will be updating the user guide to include this LED status description for clarity in the future.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
