I’m renting a property that came with WiFi so have no access to the account used to set it up. The WiFi LED on the router is red and I’m struggling to find anything helpful online. Idk what to do i just want to speak to a person not a chatbot

Hi @lucyparish ,
Could you check the device's label and let us know the model number?

Hello @lucyparish
Welcome to the forum.
According to the manual, the WiFi LED cannot be red, see below, so it is probably amber.
In normal operation it should be green or blinking green.
You might want to switch it off and on again, to see if that makes the WiFi go green.
Happy New Year and Kind Regards,
Tony
