New Support Center Rules?
Hello!
I wrote two support requests on https://support.zyxel.eu. They were closed without comment. Has anything changed in the processing rules? Or am I blacklisted for some reason?
The requests were for help setting up the Flex 700H paired with the USG 310.

Ticket numbers: #481318 and #481820.
Our goal is to keep the USG310 as an AP Controller without disrupting the wireless network in the office. The role of the main gateway will switch to 700H. If I understand correctly, 700H cannot be used in such a role yet.I assume that changing the IP at 310 (main gateway IP on LAN interface will be moved to 700H) and a LAN connection to 700H will leave everything working as it is. But still, I would like to avoid heavy downtime in case of possible problems.
Is it safe to upload the config here?
