Zyxel IP Express IES-1000 EE firmware request

I've got me an old IES-1000 recently from my co-worker, but they forgot login/password. I know there's a way to upload factory-default configuration, but i don't have one. It seems like it's possible to get it here, on the community page, at least I hope so. Could somebody share the file with me, it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance for any information on this topic.
