Power adapter

Hello Guys,

I've grabbed 2x old Zyxel NAP303 from work that are not being used anymore. They did not came with a power adapter, so I had to buy some. But for some reason there is no power, the devices does not turn on. Works fine over POE.

Any ideas?

How many volt, Amp or watt, can you see on the router?

Normal are 12V and 1,5A ore 2A= 24 watt. Some 5G router use 12V 3A = 36 watt.
