ATP500 - Nebula - Unable to connect/ping to VPN devices
We have VPN client-to-site configured. The clients can connect to devices on the on site network and also resolve dns requests with the onsite dns server. But since a factory reset of our nebula device, we are not able to ping or connect to the devices from onsite to the client. Is there something wrong with the configuration?

Hi @Dexta,
What's your ATP500's configuration status? Has it been updated to date?
Please note that you need to enable use VPN in site-to-site VPN page for lan interface and remote access VPN, so the Nebula remote access VPN client can access other interfaces.
If the issue remains, please enable Zyxel support access and share your organization/site name with me.
