Hi, I was able to enter debug mode using a new cable and recovered successfully device 1.

The working Flex500 (device 2) is working correctly with 20250123, any way to update to issue-free App-Patrol version avoiding the date code firmware (I repeat, the device is working correctly)? If I try to update App-Patrol version (20250123) on the working device I have no update because this is the last one (but faulty version).

If you publish a new non-faulty App-Patrol version on the cloud we can download it automatically overwriting 20250123 with no need date code firmware.

    Then I will activate HA.

    Ticket 485508.

Today, ZYXEL USG FLEX 100, fw V5.39(ABUH.1), App-Patrol signature1.0.0.20250123.0, affected by this issue, with many reboots since 03:00 a.m. 25/01/2025, with the web interface not responding and remaining active for a few minutes after a reboot.
After a manual shutdown, I simply tried updating the App-Patrol signature in CONFIGURATION > Licensing > Signature Update and after giving error, I found that the signature version was back to 1.0.0.20250102.0.
I immediately performed a reboot. The App-Patrol signature version remained 1.0.0.20250102.0.
Now the Zyxel USG FLEX 100 remains on and the CPU utilization has normal values.
Was it enough to simply do this?
