Reboot USG without web interface

How can I reboot the USG (Flex 700) without the web interface? We have tried to press the reset button without success.

Regrading the app patrol signature problem we were not able to access the web interface. In the recovery instructions, it says to restart the device. But not how.

Hi @SHA_M ,

You can either follow the steps shared by @xalexandresilva77 or simply power cycle (turn off/on) the USG FLEX 700.

Pressing the reset button is not recommended in this case. If you push the Reset button until the port connection LEDs turn off (after about 5 seconds), USG FLEX 700 will reboot to the factory defaults.

I Sha_m. you can use a serial cable, use putty to connect. You can use this manual.

Two weeks ago worked for me.

Using Zyxel product at least from 2001, old days of ISDN. Serial consale cables from that time.
