I saw WAN still have IP when the connectivity check send email show WAN interface is dead, 0.0.0.0

when i saw the connectivity check send email and show WAN interface is dead, 0.0.0.0. But when i log in, i saw it still have IP. So i didnt know it was actually down or not.
