why my switch doesn't show information about ports usage?

    We are unable to access the "nerbini" organization. Could you please verify our Zyxel support privileges for this organization?

    Regarding the "erika" organization, when accessing the organization, we found it was in Cloud-saving mode.

    After disabling Cloud-saving mode and reviewing the site's switch, we observed some port status as below. It seems normal here.

    Could you please provide the following details for our review: the problematic Nebula organization/ Site name and switch name.

    In our site, the ports display as shown in the image.

    Could you please clarify what you mean by "information about ports usage"?

    Are you asking why there are connections to the switch however the ports appear gray? Or what specific information do you expect to see displayed in this section?

    Hi, I had a similar problem last night, it resolved itself after 10-15 minutes

    thanks for your quick reply.
    Yes, all the ports are connections to the switch however the ports appear gray.

    I enabled the Zyxel support, both the organization "nerbini" and "erika" have the same issue.

    Hi Judy,

    I enabled only erika and not nerbini, after your update I applied the same fix also to nerbini.

    Now everything are working fine.
