NR7303 Cap at 100/M if 10mt cable

Hello!
Im out of my mind, if i use a 10mt cable (5e/6/7) the speed is capped at 100m.
i tried to use the cable between the zyxel and poe and between router and pc. If i use 10mt cable, the speed is capped... I tried more than 3 cable
What can i do?
