XGS1250-12 Firmware V2.00(ABWE.1) Problem!

Hello dear community!

I have a problem with my XGS1250-12 and the latest firmware V2.00(ABWE.1).

Since the upgrade I can no longer log in to the WebUI, my password is no longer accepted.
Even the default password 1234 does not work.

It seems that the firmware upgrade has overwritten the password, but not with the previously set password and not with the default password.

My VLANs no longer seem to be active either.

I have already tried everything possible to be able to log in, even the ZON utility doesn't get me any further, it requires the password even for a reset, but this no longer works.

I downloaded the firmware from here:

Is there any way I can log in again or are there other default passwords I can try?

As per our specifications, upgrading the firmware will not overwrite the password or configuration.

We upgraded the XGS1250-12 from V2.00(ABWE.0) to V2.00(ABWE.1), however we were unable to reproduce your issue. We recommend you check the password carefully and try again. If you are still unable to login with the password you remember, please reset the switch (press the RESET button for more than 6 seconds) to login with the default password: 1234.
