VMG8623-T50B Dynamic DNS setup

Hi all,

recently I have installed fiberoptic network at my home and I got router Zyxel VMG8623-T50B. Since I installed that router I have an issue with DDNS. I have account with Dyn.org and that account was working without any problem on my previous router.

Issue that I have, is that everyday public IP address is updated and Zyxel router from some reason cannot resolve that. When I login to router and I go to tab "Dynamic DNS" on a status section, under "user authentication result" I see: "Not accepted"…….but without changing any settings here, if I press "apply" I get "Accepted" and I can see Dynamic IP address (sometimes I need to press "Apply" couple of times, to get IP address).

it looks like that it doesn't do that automatically after public IP address is changed.

Also, I have tried using generate key password (updater client key on DYN.org), but still the same.

Any suggestions?

I would suggest you to contact with your ISP and see if they have similar problem about it.
