AD authentication failed

Hello,

we are using nxc2500 with NWA5123-ac and I want to set up the AD authentication on one SSID. I did everything according to manual, AD configuration validation is OK, but when I fill login on client, while Iam connecting on this SSID, error message appear - unable to connect, and in the Zyxel logs is this message: blocked by auth failed,reason 23.. I already upgraded firmware on the last version (6.1), but its still not working.. any tips??

NXC2500 is EOL, so the support we can provide is limited.

Please reference this FAQ to check if your configuration is correct.

If correct, please check the AD server's log to see if the AD server received authentication and why it failed.

Hello,

I set it up again - same as in your guide. I also checked the AD logs - there is successful logon of the connecting AD account and after that also successful logon of my account, AD give me privileges and after a few second are the accounts logged off.. So I expect, that the issue is on the way back from AD to my station… Do you have some tip for me please??
