DNS lookup issue
We've got a really weird issue with a FLEX100. So a client reported that they can't access their website from their office network. On any device. If they turn WiFi off on their phones, they can acces it fine.
Sure enough, the FLEX100 is not returning ANY address for their primary domain. But every public DNS server returns the A record fine. If you add www. in front, the Zyxel returns the addresses. We thought maybe having the Host Name domain field populated in the FLEX100 was the problem, but we cleared it - no change. We checked their zone file - nothing unusual and it passes syntax checks. We're not seeing any type of block from the Security Services (and it resolves fine from our own network with an ATP200) Has anyone ever seen this before?

Hi there,
If they turn WiFi off on their phones, they can acces it fine.
When your phone connects to the access point that's connected to your USG FLEX 100, can it access the website? Or your phone connects to the hotspot?
Please share both the website URL and the USG FLEX 100's diagnostic file collected immediately after clients experience the website access issue. This information will help us investigate the problem.

Nothing connected to the network (LAN or WiFi) can access the website because the Zyxel is returning no data when DNS is queried for that domain (as outlined above). Will send you requested info later this evening
