zyxel usg flex100hp bandwitdth limited to 100mb

i have a brand new usg flex100hp with simple configuration and all unnecessary service disabled connected with 1gbps link to my isp modem FTTH at 1gbps.

my isp bandwidth is 900 mb in download and 300 in upload.

zyxel limited me at 100mb up and down.

i bought this model for better performance respect my old usg100 and it perfom badly.. whats wrong?

i have the latest firmware.

simple configuration with wan public ip fixed and lan.

Does the port status show 1Gb? are you testing with a PC direct to FLEX H?

Could you share how you test the speed? And are there other clients using the Internet during the testing?

Because in my lab I can reach almost the highest speed from my ISP. My firmware version is the latest and the configuration is also simple, with all security services on.
