Unable to clear previous ownership from NWA55AXE

Hello, I purchased a previously owned NWA55AXE from a company that recently went out of business. As such, there is no way to contact anyone from that organization regarding releasing this device from their account. I can access the device's web page through my LAN, it automatically receives a lease from my POE switch, and it broadcasts its default SSID. There is no way to reset this device without using the Nebula access program, which I have tried via web and mobile. Is there any way to have this AP removed from its previous account so I can assign it to my Nebula account and add it to my existing Zyxel mesh AP network?

    Could you send me the device's MAC & S/N sticker photo so I can check if this AP is on Nebula or not first? Please send it to me via a private message.

    Hi @LRS2,

    I helped to do some process and seems like this AP is using DHCP mode for its management interface, therefore, it will reset to default since it need to change to standalone mode.
