I have a Zyxel EX5401-B1 router and am looking to make a printer on the internal network available to the guest network for the occasional printout. Is this possible with the router interface? I've looked at the port forwarding, but this seems to work only with the external interfaces, address mapping seems to do the same thing. The printer is hard wired to the network and sadly doesn't have Wi-Fi support otherwise I could have put that on the guest network. Does anyone have any tips or ideas?

I think it doesn't support this application because they are two different local networks.

I'm beginning to think that. The guest network is a bit of a kludge by the looks of it. It just adds a client to the existing network and isolates it by the looks of it, rather than creating a separate network (which even a cheap TP-Link consumer router I have in use somewhere does). I may have to talk to the ISP about a better router, or perhaps add another one as a dedicated guest network.
