Someone know why?

Connected using WIFI, and same with LAN directly, seems to be an issue when trying tro access LOCAL WEB GUI, but is there a bug with this cause its also connected to the cloud?

Any Cloud issues - for these consumer products?

Is there MORE info we can get out of this BOX like NVRAM errors? or other logs since its not reporting this in the event log.

I am experiencing the exact same issue with my Armor G1 (NBG6818) here in Italy.

To answer your question about logs: Yes, you can get more info by using the Browser Console (F12) while the 'Service problems' page is loading. Check the Network tab; you will likely see POST requests to /zapi returning a 200 OK but with an internal RPC error 4142.

This error indicates that the local Web GUI is 'held hostage' by a mandatory cloud handshake (Easy123 SSO) that is currently failing. It’s not an NVRAM failure, but a firmware-level logic lock. Even with a static IP and direct LAN connection, the router performs a hard redirect to the SSO page and hangs there because it can't reach the Zyxel authentication servers.

I've tried every possible reset (including the 30-30-30 method) and bypassing via location.hash in the console, but the 'cloud-first' flag in the firmware build (mine is from 2021) seems to prevent any local administrative access until the cloud responds.
