We have several offices. We use NWA1123-ACv2 and NWA1100-NH access points. With NWA1100-NH, all is well, good. But NWA1123-ACv2 access points periodically disconnect from the local network under load, for example, if they allow a lot of traffic to pass through, or volumetric content is being downloaded (YouTube, etc.). We NWA1123-ACv2 have 4 access points and 2 same access points in another office.

The firmware is different everywhere (they tried it for the experiment) V5.20 (ABEL.4), 5.46 (ABEL.0), 5.50 (ABEL.0) the problem is the same. With the load off, the ping is stable, without falling. As soon as there is a load, the ping disappears for milliseconds without reloading the point.

The most important thing is that in this case the speed on the switch decreases, sometimes the speed on the points is normal 100 Mbps, and when such jumps occur, then 10 Mbps.

What we tried:

- Switch to external adapter POE

- Rearranged access points to other ports of the Cisco switch

- Other switches used

- In the same ports, where the points stood, they connected other devices, including a laptop, a computer, also with a load

Nothing helped, the problem remained, what to do?
