I have installed a new USG Flex H , but it won't update its configuration from Nebula . I have also tried factory resets and different internet connections, but the issue persists. What should I do?

If your USG Flex H is not updating its configuration from Nebula, there are a few steps to follow. Make sure to:
- Complete the wizard in the local GUI to ensure the device is properly registered in Nebula.
- Log in to Nebula Portal and use the live tool to perform an overwrite. You will receive a notification once it is complete. This is a beta feature and may have some issues.
