I have installed a new USG Flex H , but it won't update its configuration from Nebula . I have also tried factory resets and different internet connections, but the issue persists. What should I do?

  1. Complete the wizard in the local GUI to ensure the device is properly registered in Nebula.
  2. Log in to Nebula Portal and use the live tool to perform an overwrite. You will receive a notification once it is complete. This is a beta feature and may have some issues.
