The Country Restriction feature only applies to traffic between the internet and LAN or LAN and the internet. It does not affect traffic between the internet and the device itself (e.g., remote VPN connections). This is why a VPN connection can still be established, even if the country is blocked.

How to Restrict VPN Access by Country:

To enforce country-based restrictions on remote VPN connections, configure firewall rules on the USG LITE 60AX to allow only specific IPs to connect.
