MyZyxel login has changed from Mail+2FA to Google, why?





Hi,
My old mail and 2FA has changed to log in via Google. I don't know why.
Is there a way to change it back?
Second problem is an old address and I also did not find a way to change it.

You can now log in using your username and password. Please reactivate Zyxel 2FA if you wish to continue using it.

As mentioned in our private message, you inquired about the customer address on MyZyxel. This address is not related to warranty processing and cannot currently be modified by users.
If you still need to update the address in the future, just provide your MyZyxel account and the new address, and we will assist you.

Could you share the account that initially logged in with email + password and 2FA but later switched to Google login? We can help check this for you.

It seems like you may have bound your account unintentionally. We can help unbind it so, after that you can continue logging in with your previous username and password. Please confirm if you'd like us to change it back to your original login method.

Login is working like before Google-Login. 2FA was enabled from beginning. Thanks :)
