The possible reason why the user cannot see the traffic statistics in the SecuReporter report might be a misconfiguration in the firewall settings. Please navigate to Configuration > Mgmt. & Analytics > SecuReporter > Categories > Network and ensure that 'Traffic Log' and 'Interface Statistics' are enabled.
