In Nebula cloud management, administrators can receive notifications when managed mobile router goes offline and meets the specified notification conditions by configuring the notification alert.

To configure the notification settings:

  1. Go to Nebula > Configure > Alert settings
  2. Configure the Recipient and System alerts Wireless part.

This ensures that you’re promptly informed whenever the managed mobile router becomes unreachable.
