What if NAP had no response after firmware upgrade got interrupted?

NAP is designed with dual-image capability, allowing a firmware failover in the NAP boot-up process if the running firmware is damaged or corrupted.

When it happened to unstable power supply or sudden power outage during the firmware upgrade, the NAP may occur a boot-up with incomplete firmware image, and lead to the device to hang during the first device boot-up. Though the LEDs may display steady green normally, the device will not provide wireless service and show offline status on the NCC.

In this case, manually power cycle your NAP by disconnecting and re-connecting the NAP power source, the second boot-up will recover the NAP wireless service by booting with the last good firmware image.
