Love these AP's! Now that the firmware is stable I have been trying to use them in MLO with a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. It is supposed to work with MLO but I have had No to limited success. I wanted to know if anyone else has had a successful configuration of the AP and the phone to establish an MLO connection.

As shown in the attached pics, I have setup an SSID on the 3 AP's for 5ghz & 6ghz. I have the 6ghz set to 320mhz channel and the 5ghz set to 80mhz. The security is set to WPA 3 without transition mode. In advanced SSID the MLO option is selected. In the site wide AP&Port settings I have MLO selected. On the Phone under connectivity labs I have wifi 7 mode enabled and I have tried Maximum Multi Link count at 2 and at 3. I have included a wifiman showing that all 3 APs show they are MLO.

When I connect to this SSID on the phone it shows wifi 6ghz + 5ghz. When I actually connect it foes immediately to only 5 or 6ghz.

Any Help would be appreciated. FWIW, the only time I think it connected as MLO was when I had 2.4ghz enabled on the SSID along with the others. I DO NOT want 2.4ghz used in MLO as I have that band saturated across all 3 APs with IOT devices.

    Hi @TallyTexas,

When I connect to this SSID on the phone it shows wifi 6ghz + 5ghz. When I actually connect it foes immediately to only 5 or 6ghz.

Could you share the link rate status on your S24 Ultra? Also, could you share how you determine
"connect it foes immediately to only 5 or 6ghz"?

Thanks so much for looking into this.

    Sending 4 screen shots.

    1. Shows available 6ghz + 5ghz MLO SSID I am going to connect to.

    2. Shows when I connect to the SSID it is in 6ghz.

    3. Shows my link speed, band info when connected to the SSID

    4. Shows the frequency, security type & MLO info of the connected SSID. Please note the MLO info. It shows Link 0 unassociated and points to the MAC address of the actual Zyxel NWA130be AP im connected to (this mac address matches the main mac listed in the Nebula app) Link 1 shows associated. This mac points to the mac address of the 6Ghz radio on the Zyxel NWA130be I am actually connected to.

    Hi @TallyTexas,

    Thanks for the information.

To identify this issue, please help us:

    1. Record the timestamps for the latest WiFi connection.
    2. Your S24 Ultra WiFi MAC address.
    3. Enable Zyxel support access. FAQ link.

With these, we can check the event log and identify it.

Thank you! I just did ALL of that. I do not wish to post my MAC address in an open forum though so Inhave a screen shot saved and have enabled remote support access to Zyxel. What steps do I need to do at this point?
