How to Move a Site with Devices

Overview

“Site move with device" allows you to move a site from one organization to another with devices within the MSP license.

Step-by-Step Instructions

• Navigate to MSP Cross-Org Management > Cross-Org Synchronization > Cross-Org Site Replicate & Site Move
• Select Site Move with Devices
• Choose the source organization and the specific site you want to replicate
• Select the destination organization where the site will be moved to
• Click Process

What Happens After Processing

• Removes site from the source organization
  
• Creates a copy of site in the destination organization
  
• Moves all devices in from the original site to the new/replacement site
  
• Copies all site-wide general settings, AP site-wide settings, Switch site-wide settings, and Security Appliance settings
  
• Copies all device-specific settings (including WAN/Management IP)
  
• Copies all Firewall settings while forcing to disable Nebula SD-VPN (Nebula VPN)
  
• Event Logs and historical data are not moved

Note

Migrating summary reports, IPTV reports, and Email Recipients, may be considered as sharing sensitive information. (This does not include Event Logs or Historical date.)

Turn ON only when the site will still be managed by the same or trusted administrators after moving site.
