Issue details:
After upgrading my switch's firmware, I can no longer log into the WebUI. My previous password is not being accepted, and even the default password (1234) doesn't work. Does the firmware upgrade process overwrite or reset switch passwords?
Answer:
As per our specifications, upgrading the firmware will not reset or overwrite the password. We recommend you check the password carefully and try again.
If you are still unable to login with the password you remember, please reset the switch (press the RESET button for more than 6 seconds) to login with the default password: 1234.
