I receive emails in wrong language

Hello, I don't know where to report this but I'm used to receive emails from Zyxel in English. But now I'm emigrated to Belgium (Dutch language part) and I receive everything in French. I don't speak French so I can't read it. I've searched everywhere but I can't find to set the language back to English for the emails.
Hope you can give me a clue.

Sorry for the late reply.
The language should follow your setting.
Can you help check the settings?
Please log in to myZyxel.com and click the gear, which is located at the upper right.
Then click "Language"
If the option is English and you still received the mail in French, please share the mail with me through PM. I can help check from our side.
