I think the PX3321 and the PX5311 are only delivered with restricted ISP firmwares .
You cannot reconfigure them as a normal Wifi Router too may be you can set it in bridge mode to use another device behind.
They are not found in the download section and they share a universal manual with other devices :
"AX-DX-EX-PX Opal WiFi6 Series UG_V5.17-5.70_Ed20.pdf"
