First one, now two ports are not working any more on a XS1930

Hi.

We have an XS1930_12HP_V4 as center of out SDVoE Network.

Recently, one of the Ports (7) stopped working (PoE led shows yellow, Data led stays off..

Now a second port stopped working.

I could'nt analyze it thouroughly since the room has been occupied for days, but wanted to ask if this is normal behavior when e.g. encountering some kind of shorting, and do I just have to activate it again or do i have a faulty switch?

    Regarding to your issue description, it seems like the port was hang. Please check the private message I sent for the date code firmware for this issue.

    Update:

    After update datecode firmware, we found this is not port hang issue. It is more likely hardware issue.

    If anyone encounter similar problem, plesae ensure your firmware version is latest version, and than reboot the switch is excluded port hang issue. If the issue remains, please contact Zyxel support. Ex. @Zyxel_CSO.
