Ist the XS-1930-12HP_V4 switching off ports by itself?
Sorry If I have been off-Topic, her is my question again.
We have an XS-1930-12HP_V4 Switch and first one, now two of the ports stopped working (PoE LED Remains Yellow, Data LED (blue) never turns on)
Is this normal behavior for e.g. encountering an shorting, and do I just need to switch on thos ports again, or do I have a dying switch here?
Thanks
Greetings

Update:
If your XS1930 encounter the same issue and reboot can recovery it, this issue could be port hang. Please contace @Zyxel_CSO for the date code firmware to fix this issue. If not, please help to test some hardware cross check, like change port, change end device, connect loop.

Hi @Oli_Derks,
Just like another post you posted, it seems like the port was hang. Please check the private message I sent for the date code firmware for this issue.
