SecuExtender on Mac

USG Flex 200 - connecting using SecuExtender on MAC
—> Everything has been good for the past few months, today this message pops up when connected to the VPN via my MAC (first photo)
—> I purchased a five year license (second photo).
—> The existing working software doesn't like the license key.
—> I downloaded the latest VPN software version and it likes the key
—> In the new software, I enter the same IP and user/login name into the as a new SSL connection and try to connect. It does not connect, the top menu bar on the Mac moves to the left for a moment and then goes back. Next to the connection the radio button flickers RED for a moment and then back to grey
—> Can I please get someone to get me a license or two for the stuff that actually "just works".

Hi @cj12345,
The license you purchased is for new version of SecuExtender, which doesn't support SSLVPN for USG FLEX 200. Since this limitation, please use IPSEC VPN to connect.

It would be great if the new version would connect…..but it does not…..maybe it's someone special on the MAC?
