Router keeps reseting every 1hour

I have come into a small problem with the Zyxel device my service provider sent me.
Model number: DX3301-T0
It keeps crashing every 1h. no more no less, resets and doesnt show any log of error.

it also outputs 3x less speed as the one before this one.

is there any fix for this kind of issue?

Have you tried to press facotry reset button to reset it? Unplug the DSL line, and press button to reset it. After bootup, connect DSL back to see if it is stable. If not, please check with your internet serive provider to either get a new one or have them check this issue.
