Why does DX3301-T0 power LED always blink?

Hello,

I am trying to help a colleague who got a DX3301-T0 from a seller on eBay to use as an improved home router. It worked when they first received it (a couple of days ago) but now it does not. I do not know what has happened to make it stop working.

Powering it on with no other cables connected the power LED blinks slowly green and then begins to blink faster green. It never stops blin

king (left on for hours). According to the manual this is a self-test. It never goes red. No other LEDs illuminate.

There is no connectivity over wireless or wired connection while the blinking LED is happening.

I removed the cover and connected to the diagnostics port on the PCB. The manufacturer data all looks OK and matches what is on the label on the router. I have attached it in "manufacturer data.txt".

There are a few errors reported from the boot log, are they normal? Log attached as "boot log.txt".

I can see the firmware is a slightly older version, but it should still be working. And the version numbers seem to match with the official releases.

Is there anything further that can be done to diagnose or repair this router?

Thank you.
