Wireless clients do not get a DHCP address from the 700H

What do I have wrong?
When I have the SSID vlan for "TRIB" set to vlan-12, then my wireless clients do not get a DHCP address from the zywall. The wireless clients will time out waiting for an address.
After I changed my SSID "TRIB" to vlan 1, then wireless clients started getting vLan12 addresses.
Why would the zywall not provide vlan12 dhcp address when I had the TRIB ssid set to 12, but setting it to vlan 1 does do dhcp?
Last. What is "eth104" It is the port of the SFP.
Shouldn't "TRIB" below be on vlan 12?
And if I set it to 12, then dhcp fails.
Set to 1, I get both AP pick up a dhcp and the one "c" client.
And wifi client "L" drops onto the 12 vlan.. yet the ssid is set to 1?
What is "general"?
