I have a big problem. I have create a vlan, but I cannot use it. If I set my IP in fix IP, does'n't work. DHCP is activate and I can ping gateway of VLAN… We say to me "untag/tag port"… I don't no where is the menu…

Can you help me

From what you described, it seems that your VLAN interface is working properly — since DHCP works and you are able to ping the VLAN gateway when your device (eg. PC) gets an IP automatically.

However, when you set a static IP, it doesn't work, and you mentioned you're looking for tagged/untagged port settings. In this case, I suspect the issue might be related to the switch port connected to your device not being configured correctly for VLAN traffic.

If that's the case, could you kindly provide your full network topology and the model names of the devices involved? This would help us give you more accurate guidance.

I think you mean can't ping gateway of VLAN?

Do you have a PC to the USG or switch? How is the switch setup?
