I purchase a secondhand device and reset, why it still back to Nebula mode before I register?

This is because:

1. This secondhand device hasn't been removed from previous owner's organization,
2. The Nebula device enables NCC discovery by default.

To fix this, please reference the method below:

1. Ask your seller to remove this device from his organization.
2. Use Nebula mobile APP to register your device by scanning device's QR code.
