External Antenna Recommendation:
- The FWA505 supports two TS9 connectors for external antennas.
- Choose an antenna compatible with the frequency bands supported by the FWA505:
- 703~960 MHz
- 1710~2700 MHz
- 3300~4200 MHz
- Look for antennas specifically designed for 4G/5G connectivity with TS9 connectors. If your antenna uses SMA connectors, you can use an SMA-to-TS9 converter.
Optimal Cable Length:
- To minimize signal loss, keep the cable as short as possible.
- Longer cables may result in signal degradation. Use a cable that is sufficient for the antenna's placement but avoid excessively long cables.
