Can I use an extension cable with the ANT2105 antenna and WAX655E access point?

The WAX655E access point is equipped with N-type female (jack) antenna ports, while the ANT2105 antenna features N-type male (plug) connectors. These components are designed to connect directly without the need for an extension cable.

However, if your installation environment requires additional cable length, please follow the setup below:

• Use an LMR 400-N extension cable with N-type male (plug) connectors on both ends.
• Add an N-type female-to-female adapter (commonly referred to as an N Jack to N Jack Adapter) to connect the ANT2105 antenna to the extension cable.

Ensure that all connectors are securely fastened to maintain optimal signal strength and connection stability.
