How to get wan ip from command line from router EX3301-T0

I'm trying to get the wan ip of my router using python (using requests and BeautifulSoup) without success.

Is possible to enable telnet/ssh/snmp or anything that I can use to do this?

    check with ISP about remote access to see if these port are opened to use for telnet/ssh.
