Question: Why can't I access my access point through its IP address to change settings like SSID or channel?
Answer: If your access points are managed through the Nebula platform, direct configuration via the device’s local IP address is restricted for most settings, including SSID and channel configuration. All such changes should be made through the Nebula Portal or the Nebula mobile app.
To change settings via the Nebula Portal:
- Log in to the Nebula Portal.
- To update the SSID, go to Configure > Access Point > SSID Settings.
- To adjust channel settings, navigate to Configure > Access Point > Radio Settings.
