what is the relation between RSTP and Bridge Control Protocol Transparency feature
Options
on my XS3800-28 i have enabled RSTP on all ports but do i have to enabled Bridge Control Protocol Transparency feature as well in order for RSTP to function properly? I have no loops and RSTP seems to operate just fine but read that BCPT should be enabled if STP is in use.
XS3800 serves as core (root bridge) and then i have there 3 XGS2220 as access switches with RSTP

Hi @MartinSkv ,
You don't need to enable Bridge Control Protocol Transparency for RSTP to work properly.
Bridge Control Protocol Transparency only needs to be enabled for specific applications. You can check the article for examples.
