Android apps problems with Zyxel ex3600-t0

Hi

I got an Zyxel ex3600-t0 from my broadband provider. I seem to have some problems with it. It works in general fine, but I have problems with some apps on phones and other devices. The apps seems to be idling at start up. If eg I start Microsoft teams on my phone it fails to connect. But if I shortly disable wifi and connect via cellular and then switch back (after the meeting is set up) it will work. I see this on some streaming apps and other apps of different kinds. But it is not all apps, most apps works fina and Netflix and YouTube seems to works without problem. I switched back to my old wifi router of other brand and the problem is gone. I noticed that this seems only to happen on Android devices, such a phone and Google tv. Using eg Apple tv with same app is fine. The problem is same on multiple Android devices using same apps.

What can I look for to resolve this issue? Any ideas?

I did eventually get my broadband provider to do some changes (unknown what) and after that it seems to be working fine.

I don't have this router, but I think you could contact the store you bought it from to get the latest firmware. That might help.

With mobile devices there can be an issue with WLan "DTIM Interval" to not react , the value should not be to high "1 ms" is ok .
