Ebay does not have Firmware. Is there no place to get firmware for Zyxel devices?

I have TDS DSL they provided me with the VMG4927-B50A. I bought one from ebay so I did not need to pay the 15 bucks a month. The one I bought will not work. I assume its because of the firmware version.
